How do I check my head measurement and ensure proper sizing?

Wrap cloth tape measure around head, one inch or 2.5cm above eyebrows (directly above ears and to the widest area at the back of the head).

The widest measurement will give you your helmet size. If you you don’t have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string, or cord and measure using the result with a tape measure, or ruler.
